These grants provide crucial, high-level training for budget-restricted fire departments and firefighters. There are two ways to receive this grant. You can attend one of our Gary Sinise Foundation Firefighter Training Conferences held throughout the year in multiple states. We are proud ambassadors of Fire-Dex Turnout Gear. One of the main reasons we chose to outfit our Instructor Cadre with Fire-Dex Gear is because of its TECGEN71 outer shell that minimizes fatigue and heat stress by reducing the overall weight by 4 pounds.
